We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to support business operations by analysing data, identifying trends, and assisting in process improvements. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Gather and analyse business requirements, processes, and workflows. 
  • Assist in data collection, validation, and reporting to support decision-making. 
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel, Power BI, or other tools. 
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.

Requirements:

We are currently seeking a Technical Business Analyst/Functional Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on facilitating the seamless integration and adoption of digital technologies and processes for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent business analysis skills, and experience in facilitating user training and workshops. They should be adept at understanding client needs, developing tailored solutions, and creating engaging content to support digital adoption initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and understand functional requirements, business processes, pain points, and objectives. 
  • Will be responsible for configuring digital adoption platforms on client’s applications to streamline existing processes and enhance user experience and productivity. 
  • Work on CRM and ERP applications, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP, in order to provide digital solution.
