We are currently seeking a Technical Business Analyst /Onboarding consultant to join our team. This role focuses on facilitating the seamless integration and adoption of digital technologies and processes for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent business analysis skills, and experience in facilitating user training and workshops. They should be adept at understanding client needs, developing tailored solutions, and creating engaging content to support digital adoption initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify client needs and develop innovative digital adoption solutions.
- Work closely with clients to assess their training requirements, understand their existing processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in establishing standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across projects.
- Stay updated on digital transformation trends, instructional design best practices, and change management principles.
- Assist in project scoping, feasibility analysis, and prioritization of deliverables.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and documentation.
- Participate in testing activities, including integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and functionality testing, to ensure solutions meet client needs.
- Conduct IT application training sessions for end-users.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience of working in as a technical business analyst.
- Experience of conducting Needs analysis, project requirement gathering, and creating visually appealing training material for clients.
- Experience of working with international clients is a plus.
- Experience in working on projects throughout its lifecycle from initiation to closing, ensuring efficient stakeholders management and communication within teams.
- Strong interest and passion for working in digital transformation, instructional design, and change management.
- Experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role, with knowledge of digital adoption principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
