We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical ServiceNow Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow platform architecture and implementation, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience. You will be responsible for designing and developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet our business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and implement ServiceNow solutions to support business processes and IT services.
- Lead the development of custom applications, modules, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide guidance on ServiceNow best practices, ensuring optimal platform performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
- Mentor and support junior developers and administrators in their understanding and use of the ServiceNow platform.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow products and features to provide innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and custom applications.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript, AngularJS, and Glide.
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, as well as integration with third-party applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ServiceNow certifications (Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are mandatory.
