Responsibilities: 

• Architect, design, and implement ServiceNow solutions to support business processes and IT services.
• Lead the development of custom applications, modules, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide guidance on ServiceNow best practices, ensuring optimal platform performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
• Mentor and support junior developers and administrators in their understanding and use of the ServiceNow platform.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow products and features to provide innovative solutions.

Qualifications: 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and custom applications.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript, AngularJS, and Glide.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, as well as integration with third-party applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.

Educational Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• ServiceNow certifications (Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify client needs and develop innovative digital adoption solutions.
• Work closely with clients to assess their training requirements, understand their existing processes, and identify opportunities for improvement. 
• Assist in establishing standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across projects.
• Stay updated on digital transformation trends, instructional design best practices, and change management principles. 
• Assist in project scoping, feasibility analysis, and prioritization of deliverables.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and documentation. 
• Participate in testing activities, including integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and functionality testing, to ensure solutions meet client needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience of working with international clients is a plus. 
• Experience in working on projects throughout its lifecycle from initiation to closing, ensuring efficient stakeholders management and communication within teams.
• Strong interest and passion for working in digital transformation, instructional design, and change management. 
• Experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role, with knowledge of digital adoption principles and practices. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
