We are currently seeking a Technical Business Analyst/Functional Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on facilitating the seamless integration and adoption of digital technologies and processes for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent business analysis skills, and experience in facilitating user training and workshops. They should be adept at understanding client needs, developing tailored solutions, and creating engaging content to support digital adoption initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and understand functional requirements, business processes, pain points, and objectives. 
• Will be responsible for configuring digital adoption platforms on client’s applications to streamline existing processes and enhance user experience and productivity. 
• Work on CRM and ERP applications, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP, in order to provide digital solution. 
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. 
• Use tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana to track project progress and manage risks. 
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions against requirements. 
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and collaborate with technical teams to resolve them. 
• Will also provide training sessions to end users and stakeholders along with delivering ongoing support post-implementation to ensure solution sustainability. 

Skills Required:

• Should be comfortable learning and implementing new tools or methodologies as per project needs. 
• Experience in mapping business requirements to functional software solutions. 
• Basic understanding of business processes across domains like CRM, ERP, eCommerce, or HRMS will be a plus 
• Familiarity with digital adoption platforms. 
• Must be familiar with understanding and designing workflows to map client needs into product features. 
• Basic understanding of web technologies (like HTML, CSS and JavaScript) and API integrations would be ideal 
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
• Strong interpersonal skills for managing diverse client expectations. 
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer science or Software Engineering or having work experience in related domain. 
• 2-4 years’ experience as Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.
