Job Summary: 

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to support business operations by analysing data, identifying trends, and assisting in process improvements. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Gather and analyse business requirements, processes, and workflows. 

• Assist in data collection, validation, and reporting to support decision-making. 

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel, Power BI, or other tools. 

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities. 

• Work closely with stakeholders to improve efficiency and optimize business processes. 

• Support the development and implementation of new business strategies. 

• Assist in documenting business processes, functional requirements, and standard operating procedures. 

• Collaborate with IT teams to support system improvements and software implementations. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Project Management, IT, or a related field. 

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a similar role. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 

• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus. 

• Basic understanding of SQL and databases is an advantage. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
